Wrap Around Care
Southill wrap around care provides a Breakfast Club and After School Club for children in Nursery to Year 4 in a safe, happy environment supervised by experienced staff who are also first aid trained.
We provide a varied program of activities that include arts and crafts, sports, cookery, recreational and educational activities both inside and outside the building. A quiet area is set aside where children can read, rest or complete their homework.
Club staff supervise the children at all times during club hours until their parent or carer collects them. If you arrange for any other person to collect your child the school office must be inform before 3.30pm.
At the Breakfast Club children attending from 7.30am have a choice of the hot breakfast of the day, cereals and/or toast with a selection of toppings. Children attending from 8.20am have a choice of cereals, and/or toast with a selection of toppings. Milk, water and fruit juice will be freely available together with yoghurts and a selection of fruit.
We are happy for parents / carers to send their child/ren with a healthy snack for them to eat before or during the After School Club. Water is always available and offered. Please remember we are a nut free school.
As a values school, we expect children to also demonstrate our values in the After School Club and Breakfast Club, in line with our Behaviour Policy and we always support children to make sure they have fun, can enjoy time out of class at the start and end of their school day and make good friendship and play choices. The club runs every day during school term times.
PAYMENTS
Payments are to be made by Parentmail, BACS or Bank transfer.
Invoices will be emailed out to those with bookings at the end of the month. To correctly pay your invoice, please go to the 'shop' and add the correct number of sessions to the basket to pay for your child's sessions.

Fees are as follows:
Breakfast Club
7:30am to 8:50am: £4.00 for the 1st sibling and £3.00 for each sibling thereafter
8:20am - 8:50am: £2.00 for the 1st sibling and £1.50 for each sibling thereafter
After School Club
3:30pm - 4:30pm: £3.50 per session, per child.
3:30pm - 5:30pm £5.00 per session, per child.
The club reserves the right to cancel sessions in exceptional circumstances.
An extra charge will be made for late pick-ups of £5 for every 5 minutes.
Refunds will not be available for sessions booked if your child is ill or unable to attend for any reason with less than one weeks notice.
